In the beginning of July, PARTS EUROPE welcomed a new team, under the lead of a particular Professor X, most of you might know him as our Sales Manager Europe, Xavier Williart. Here we want to introduce to you our new team, the PARTS EUROPE X-Men, aka the Marketing Team.
They have particular missions: support the Sales Team, by developing our brand image locally and globally, and by boosting sales overall, as well as to inform our potential customers about the new products and brands that are added regularly to our broad portfolio. In order to succeed, they will have to use their special sets of skills to reach the targets.

Laura Keren

Laura Keren joined PARTS EUROPE in September 2018, and was then promoted as a press coordinator in May 2019, less than a year later. After taking over the Press Team by herself in November 2019, she received complementary training to coordinate our Social Media Channels in June 2020, to prepare for the creation of our dedicated Marketing Team. By July, she was up and ready to take care of our Marketing needs on Social Media. Her superpowers: her writing skills and her dedication.

Behind the decision to form the new Marketing team, there is a desire from PARTS EUROPE to bring consistency and a dedicated trademark to our external communication. Therefore, our company needs to find its style of communication and keep it. Ultimately, our goal is to attract new end consumers and get more BtoB and BtoC coverage. Our company needs to consolidate our markets, but also target in particular other segments where we want to expand. PARTS EUROPE still has to efficiently adapt to the European Market, in order to unlock our full potential. Consequently, we need to aim our communication at the most prolific markets in Europe. First steps are taken already to make it happen, in the following we want to explain our first Facebook campaign.
New “Is This Your Bike?” Campaign on Facebook
The first major Marketing Campaign of our new dedicated Marketing Team is our “Is This Your Bike?” Campaign on Facebook. The purpose of this drive is to display popular motorcycles and other leisure vehicles to catch the interest of our followers, and show what bolt-on parts and accessories PARTS EUROPE has to offer and how they can get them.

This campaign makes a parallel with our long-lasting Demo Bike program. Actually, during the fairs and shows that PARTS EUROPE attended, we usually brought Demo bikes that were built up by our dealers all over Europe. Not only is it a nice way of getting attention from potential dealers and business partners to our booth, but it is also a nice way for our dealers to get coverage at large events. Moreover, since bikes from all segments can be used for this concept, it is even more interesting for our different dealers. While the Demo Bike Program is still kept up and running, it is in this spirit that our Marketing Team came up with this idea for a campaign. These posts can be realized in a much shorter time, and can be published every 2 to 3 days to keep our followers interested on Social Media.
Much like the Demo Bike Program, our “Is This Your Bike?” campaign enables us to activate end consumers to get into contact with our dealers. In fact, our goal with this campaign is to show them what PARTS EUROPE has to offer, and how we can make their own personal vehicle more unique and high-performance. Hereby the “Is This Your Bike?” campaign supports our large network of dealers and so supports our common business.
